An agent that is visually attractive to users is likely to be more persuasive (Fogg 2003), impacts motivation and performance on a task (Shiban et al. 2015; Chae et al. 2016) and impacts the perceived trust level independent on the reliability of the agent answers (Yuksel 2017).
